A Dallas homeowner has been fighting Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) for $5,000 that he claims the agency owes him because it caused flooding to his rent house. Finally, the 89-year-old won the case, but DART is appealing. Also, e-mails uncovered from the former chair of DART reveal a disturbing trend within the agency.

Although the cost of artificial rock may at first blush seem high for some, it allows for a much more lifelike scale that is unachievable with quarried rock. “Real” rock must first be found and then trucked often long distances. Artificial rocks can be created and moved in sections to achieve its ultimate height and mass as if pre-existing.
