If you are going to invest your money in a company, why not consider the following environmentally friendly sectors in honor of Earth Day. It is a growing trend but is it too risky? If you are going to win or lose some money, you might as well help save the world while doing it.

News Corp. has signed an agreement in principal to purchase controlling interest in Newsday, a Long Island, N.Y., paper owned by the Tribune Co., sources said.
